I booked my flight to Alaska through Alaska Airlines this last winter. Due to some medical issue, my doctor advised me not to travel. I called the airline's customer service number to submit a cancellation request and learn more about Alaska Airlines cancellation policy and refunds. When I called, one of the representatives, Alex, answered the phone and assisted me in canceling my ticket. Because I purchased a refundable ticket, I had no cancellation fees, and the money was reimbursed to my original payment method.
Although the process took some time, I was satisfied!

I flew to Orlando and back with Alaska airlines, and both the flights were on time. No delays and no issues during check-in or boarding. They served juice and pancakes on this short flight. The safety demonstration was to the point, and the stewardess ensured everyone had worn their seat belts. Each passenger was wearing masks, and the middle seats were blocked because of CDC guidelines. There was enough space and no unnecessary touches. Again, I will book flights with Alaska airlines for my getaway next month, hoping for a wonderful experience this time as well!
